Vibration Analysis of Blade Under Multiple Composite Unsteady Excitations

چکیده
In order to understand the effects of the unsteady aerodynamic excitations in complex flow field on blades, on the basis of the data obtained from the single-stage axial flow compressor, three kinds of exciting forms in the compressor had been studied, including the correlation between excitations and responses in the upstream blade row wake, inlet distortion and rotating stall. Results showed that the response characteristics of the unsteady aerodynamic excitation could be extracted by adopting cross-relation method to distinguish effects of different exciting forms on blades. When many kinds of unsteady aerodynamic excitations co-existed, various exciting factors could be extracted from the mixed excitations through the cross-correlation analysis of excitation and response signals and by comparing with the characteristics of single aerodynamic excitation. Simulation data showed that the trail excitation energy on blades focused mainly on high frequency domains, the dynamic excitation of rotating stall centered on low frequency domains the excitation of the inlet distortion on blades existed in both high and low frequencies and amplitude at low frequency was larger than that at high frequency. Experimental and Numerical Study of the Time-Dependent Pressure Response of a Shock Wave Oscillating in a Nozzle
Investigations of flutter in transonic turbine cascades have shown that the movement of unsteady normal shocks has an important effect on the excitation of blades. In order to predict this phenomenon correctly, detailed studies concerning the response of unsteady blade pressures versus different parameters of an oscillating shock wave should be performed, if possible isolated from other flow ef...
متن کاملTheoretical Analysis of Unsteady Blade Loading of Inducers under Rotating Cavitation
Rotating cavitation is one of the flow instabilities associated with cavitation, which has been a problem for the development of turbopumps of liquid rocket engines since it causes super-synchronous shaft vibration. Recently, it is argued that rotating cavitation might also cause large repetitive stresses on blades. This paper describes about the theoretical prediction of unsteady blade forces ...

In this paper, natural frequency and response of forced vibration of composite laminated conical shells under different boundary conditions are investigated. To this end, equations of Donnell's thin shell theory are used as governing equations. The analytical Galerkin method together with beam mode shapes as weighting functions is employed to solve the problem. Due to importance of boundary con...

For advanced aerospace propulsion systems, development of ceramic matrix composite integrally-bladed turbine disk technology is attractive for a number of reasons. The high strength-to-weight ratio of ceramic composites helps to reduce engine weight and the onepiece construction of a blisk will result in fewer parts count, which should translate into reduced operational costs. One shortcoming w...
